Blume KTV: Video ads and full-funnel fixes tripled orders and lifted net sales 33.1%
11.13
Store ROI (from 4.42)
The challenge
The US home karaoke market is crowded with brands, consumers expect strong after-sales, warehousing and buying experience, and a new brand starts with low awareness. Growth later hit a wall: budget up 49.5% while conversions fell 44% and checkout completion sat at just 41.6%.
Our approach
YouTube Demand Gen shorts built around family scenes with a strong 3-second hook, foregrounding US warehousing, fast shipping and after-sales; continuous data-driven A/B testing; rebuilt pricing, fixed the landing page and chased abandoned carts; the new Australian market targeted ages 45–64 with family-gathering and Cantonese-language video.
